Kids of Skyrim

Hey there people of the net, this is a blog on Skyrim well mainly just my thoughts on the little things inside the game e.g. dragons, skeletons, weapons and even homes as well as anything else.

So to start with I would like to talk about are the kids in Skyrim, the most annoying things in the entire game. For one they don't die, what are they bloody gods or something geez, but they are all cowards even with all the big talking they do.

Children

For example some kids say "just another wanderer, to lick my father's boots" and the first time I heard them say that to me. I, lashed out at them, just to find that you could not kill them; I tried sneak attacking them, bowing them even using spells. But alas all my effort was in vain and I swore to get my vengeance.
To sum up kids are gods and we are the fools who try to kill them.

Enchanting

Enchanting is one of the most helpful skills you can learn, because you can put enchantments on your armor, weapons and even jewelry. You can enchant skill enhancers as well as different types of health, stamina and magicka damage.

Enchanting Symbol

The enchanting skill helps a lot, if you have a high level you can enchant improve your weapon damage by making it X amount stronger. If you enchant your amour to improve archery by X amount on multiple amour pieces then you would overwhelmingly powerful in the world of Skyrim. You can even enchant skills like breathing under water or increase shop prices etc...

Dawnguard

Dawnguard is the first DLC (Down Loadable Content) for Skyrim it consists of two new groups (guilds) to join, there is the Dawnguard a group of people that fight vampires and then there is the Volkihar Clan, a clan of vampires that want to fulfill a prophecy to block out the sun use the bow used by Auriel.

The vampires wish to use the bow to block out the sun, you as the player choose to join the vampires or to join Dawnguard and fight the vampires.

Hearthfire

Hearthfire is the newest expansion pack out for Skyrim, in this expansion the player can build (yes I said BUILD) their own house from the ground up, also you can adopt children and also get a steward to serve you.

There are good and bad things about this expansion, one of the good things about the expansion is that you get to build a house and not just buy one, in one of the 9 Holds (city). One of the bad things about the expansion is that you cannot design each part of the house they are already predesigned.

Predesigned House

With the predesigned houses (there are three you can make [Dawnstar, Morthal, Falkreath]) there are four wings to the houses, the west, the east wing also the north wing and the south wing (which the small house goes) on each wing you can build 1 of 3 buildings depending on the wing you choose to build on.

Spells

Spells an almost must need for any fantasy Roll Playing Game (RPG) for example there is Fable 1 through 3, World Of Warcraft (WOW) and Final Fantasy VI (6) and more but the bottom line is that spells can be handy if you know them, so in this post I will teach you about the basic spells within the world of Skyrim.

Sparks spell

The first spell that I will teach you about is the first spell you learn the Sparks spell.
-----} This spell is the first spell you can learn in the game, it shoots out lightning at the target and it does shock damage per second to the targets health and half of that damage to in the targets magicka.

Flames spell

The next spell that I will teach you about is the trusted Flames spell.
-----} This spell is also one of the first spells you learn but instead of finding the spell book you have to buy this spell (or you can try and find the spell book).

Frostbite spell

The last basic spell I will teach you is the Frostbite spell.
-----} This spell is the last spell that I found, but I found it and did not buy it. This spell does 8 points of frost damage to the targets health and stamina.

The dogs of Skyrim

In the world of Skyrim there are all types of animals that roam around its wilderness, but there are even dangerous animals inside one of the holds (city). These animals are called the Companions, and the are a small guild that is housed inside the walls of Whiterun. You can join these people when ever you want to, these people also have a secret that they would kill to keep.

The Companions are actually a group or pack of werewolves that go all around Skyrim fighting and defeating people or getting rid of animals that cause problems for people.

Werewolf

Since the expansion pack of Dawnguard the werewolf transformation has had its own skill tree the same as the vampires. But the werewolves skill tree has tree less skill perks then the vampires but that is most likely because werewolves are stronger, so to give vampires a fighting chance they gave them more skill perks.

Vampires

Vampires are the creatures of the night and can give you a disease called Vampirism, this disease turns you into a vampire.

Harkon (pure-blood vampire)

But in the Dawnguard expansion you meet the few pure-blood vampires, the head pure-blood vampire is called Harkon and he gives you an option when you first meet him. Join or be pray.

Vampire Lord

This expansion allows the player to transform into a Vampire Lord (but only when turned by a vampire lord). the new transformation even as its own skill tree which you level up by killing people in different ways. The skills in the skill tree vary for senses to movement as well as magic related skills.

Dragons

Dragons, dragons, dragons that is what people who bought the game Skyrim were thinking, but there are many types of dragons so I will give you a description of the types there are.

Blood Dragon

First up is the weakest of all the types of dragons (but it could still kill you if your not careful) the Blood Dragon, the Blood Dragon is typically a green dragon with a fan like tail and spine fin.

Frost-Dragon

The dragon is the Frost-Dragon, I personally find this dragon to be one of the hardest to kill (but that's just me). This dragon is a either white or light blue and has lots of spikes protruding from its body which make it look pretty fierce, the thing I like about the Frost-Dragon is that its body has like a gloss look to it (like ice).

Ancient Dragon

The next type of dragon is the Ancient Dragon, this dragon mostly appears in the game after the player reaches to the level of about 40+ (unless your a PC gamer that is). This type of dragon is a red with some yellow/gold dragon, with its horns curving backwards and they have a diamond shaped tail as well.

Legendary Dragon

The last type of dragon, is the Legendary Dragon, this dragon type only appears after level 78, so if you want to fight it badly then you will have to wait (unless your a PC gamer). This dragon can have either black or purple scales, its horns curve like the Ancient Dragon but this dragons horns are a lot thicker this dragon also has compound eyes meaning that it has four eyes in one eye socket.

Dragon Weapons vs. Daedric Weapons

Dragons, the 'most' feared animals within the world of Skyrim. Their big, their ugly and it may seem that it was the fire breathe that killed you but it was in fact its own bad breathe that did you in. but you can now harvest dragons for their bones and use them to create weapons (so you can kill more of them).

Dragon Bone Bow

This weapon is a Dragon Bone bow, it is the most powerful bow that can be crafted so it gets an A+ for power, but personally, I think it gets a C for looks. I mean look at the jagged bones sticking out the front of the bow their not straight or neat, but it is bone.

Daedric Bow

This beautiful weapon is a Daedric bow, this bow was originally the strongest bow you could create but that changed with the Dawnguard expansion pack where you could now make Dragon Bone weapons. This bow gets an A for power, and an A+ for looks, I believe that the creators of Skyrim should have designed the Dragon Bone bow like the Daedric bow because it just looks sleek, smooth and intimidating.

Undead Skyrim

The undead in Skyrim are both fun, exciting but with that said they are also an annoyance and are like piranha (weak by themselves but together they are strong)

First on the chopping block is the Draugr, the Draugr are ancient Nordic warriors that have been buried and protect the dungeons that they are in. Draugr can even use thu'ums (shouts), mainly fus ro dah but the main Draugr that can use shouts are all the Draugr Lords and Overlord.

The great thing about Draugr is that they are stupid beyond belief, I don't know if it is because their dead or if they were created that way. But it is laughable at how dumb they are, but it really does help if you have a high level of sneaking and archery, and if you have max those skills then your their worst enemy.
